Most toilets have a small tap on the wall or floor near the cistern. Turn it clockwise to stop the water while you wait.
Water at the base after a flush points to the pan connector or seal. Water running into the bowl non-stop points to the cistern valves.
Ring 1300 307 903. We find the cause, give you a fixed price, and on back-to-wall suites lift the toilet to fix it properly.

What we fix
Family homes and townhouses in Reedy Creek bring a mix of jobs, from ensuite toilets to filtered water and outdoor drains.
Hidden pan connectors that leak behind the bowl.
Whole house filters at the meter and under-sink units.
Condensate lines and yard drains that back up in rain.
Lukewarm water, a dripping valve or a tank that leaks.
Inlet and outlet valves, washers and flexi hoses renewed.
A pressure test confirms a leak before anyone digs.

Thinking about filtered water?
We fitted a whole house filter and an under-sink system in Reedy Creek in July 2026.

Reedy Creek 4227
Reedy Creek is a residential suburb in the City of Gold Coast council area, close to Robina, Varsity Lakes, Burleigh Waters and Tallebudgera. Homes are mostly family houses and townhouse complexes, many with modern bathrooms, back-to-wall toilet suites and air conditioning that drains somewhere outside. It is also a suburb we have worked in more than once.
In July 2026 we spent a full day at one Reedy Creek home. We installed the owner's whole house three-stage filter at the water meter, fitted an under-sink reverse osmosis system with its own drinking water tap, and serviced a close-coupled toilet with a new inlet valve, outlet washer and flexi hose. We also found that the air conditioner's condensate line had been run into a charged stormwater line with no air gap, which was letting rainwater back up towards the house. We closed off the stormwater connection so the charged line worked again and explained what the original installer needed to fix.
The same owners called us back in October 2026 about water around a back-to-wall toilet. On these suites the pan connector sits behind the bowl, so a leak can go unnoticed for weeks. We lifted the toilet off the wall, found the right-angle pan collar leaking, fitted a new one, then reinstalled, tested and cleaned up. Signs to watch for are a damp patch at the base, grout that stays dark or a musty smell in the bathroom.
The City of Gold Coast supplies Reedy Creek's water and sewerage and looks after the meter and the street main. From the meter to every tap, toilet and hot water system is the owner's pipework, and that is where we work. Joseph is a licensed plumber and gas fitter, so gas hot water and cooktops are covered on the same visit.
