Logan is a big city with a lot of variety. In one week we can be testing taps in a rental unit in Loganlea, fitting a 315 litre hot water system in Shailer Park and digging a stormwater trench on an acreage block in Greenbank. The problems change with the property, so we look at each one on its own terms instead of turning up with a one size fits all answer.
A large share of our Logan work comes through property managers, and water compliance is a common example. We test the fixtures, list anything that needs fixing, and once the owner approves those items we complete the repairs and issue the certificate. In Loganlea that meant two units certified after a new shower handpiece and mixer taps were fitted.
