Everything on your side of the water meter is the property owner's responsibility, and that is where we work. The meter and the mains in the street belong to the local water authority. In Brisbane and Ipswich that is Urban Utilities, in Logan it is Logan Water, in the Redlands it is Redland City Council, on the Gold Coast it is the City of Gold Coast, and in Moreton Bay and on the Sunshine Coast it is Unitywater. If water is leaking before the meter, or the whole street has lost pressure, the authority is the first call. If the problem is after the meter, call us.
We group bookings by area where we can, which keeps travel down and lets us give you a realistic arrival window rather than a vague promise.
